The diversity and complexity of the client's workflows meant that we had to ensure our platform was versatile enough to accommodate a wide range of tasks and processes. Additionally, the requirement for a no-software-installation solution meant we had to guarantee the reliability and security of our cloud-based platform, ensuring it could seamlessly integrate with both cloud services and desktop applications used by the client. Finally, making our platform easily customizable and self-hosted presented a challenge in ensuring we could provide a user-friendly experience that did not compromise on the power or flexibility of the solution.
